Hello – welcome to Workforce Resources. Here you will find access to a wide range of really useful information, toolkits, links and other resources that you can access, amend or adopt for your organisations’ workforce needs.
Our ambitions are to support all of our partners and providers to address their workforce challenges and celebrate and share workforce successes by enabling connection and adopting a collaborative and shared approach.
The Bury Locality Workforce Strategy was co-produced with all Bury system partners. It articulates the workforce challenges across our health and care system (including our volunteer sector), shared workforce priorities and demonstrates the commitment of our partners in working together to address shared workforce challenges through initiating codesigned workforce solutions.
This aligns to the Greater Manchester People and Culture Workforce Strategy to ensure a joined up connected approach.
